Future Force LLCLast updated: July 17, 2026

Your privacy matters. This policy describes the information Cadence handles, why we use it, and the safeguards designed to protect it.

01

Use of Personal Information

Future Force LLC (“Future Force,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) does not collect personally identifiable information (“PII”) unless you voluntarily provide it by email, survey participation, an online form, or directly within Cadence.

PII you provide will not be transferred to non-affiliated third parties unless described in this policy or at the time of collection. Third parties with a legitimate need to see or know PII must enter into an appropriate agreement that provides legal protection for that data.

We may use or disclose PII to fulfill the purpose for which you provided it, respond to inquiries, communicate with you, manage participation in programs or offers, perform analysis, maintain site integrity, protect against unlawful activity, comply with legal obligations, or as otherwise disclosed at collection.

02

Privacy and Personally Identifiable Information

Cadence expects personal data to be generated by cadets and related authorized users through their profiles and program activity. We maintain PII in accordance with applicable state and federal privacy laws and regulations, including, where applicable, the Department of Defense Privacy Program (32 CFR Part 310) and the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. § 552a).

Future Force performs periodic assessments to help ensure that PII is maintained in accordance with existing and future privacy-law requirements.

03

Consent and Your Choices

Where consent for the use or disclosure of personal information is required, we will release that information in accordance with applicable law. You may request information about the personal data Cadence holds about you and may ask for access to that data.

Subject to applicable law, you may object to processing, request correction, restriction, or deletion of personal data, and request data portability. To submit a request, contact support@cadencepathway.com.

04

Registration Information

To use certain parts of Cadence, you must complete a registration form. Depending on the services provided to your institution, this may include information such as name, email address, gender, date of birth, educational and employment information, résumé or work-experience information, financial information, awards, grades or test results, and physical measurements.

We use this information to contact you or enable access to the government-contracted products and services in which you or your institution have expressed interest.

05

Contact Information and Multi-Factor Authentication

Cadence may use a personal phone number or email address to strengthen account security through multi-factor authentication (“MFA”). MFA sends a six-digit code to verify your identity when you sign in.

By accepting this policy and using Cadence, you agree that Future Force may send verification codes to your personal phone number or email address for this purpose.

06

Log Files and Analytics

Like most websites, we use website-statistics tools, including Google Analytics, to understand how the site is accessed and used. Information may include IP address, country and city-level location, browser type, internet service provider, referring and exit pages, platform type, date and time, time spent on pages, and search keywords.

We use this information to identify highly or infrequently used areas, investigate site problems, support security, analyze broad visitor trends, and make Cadence easier to find and navigate. This data is used in aggregate and is not intended to directly identify individual visitors.

Google may set or read cookies through its analytics service. Learn more about how Google uses data at Google’s privacy partners page.

07

Links to Other Sites

Cadence may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and encourage you to read their privacy statements when you leave Cadence. This policy applies only to information collected through Cadence.

08

Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect personal information against accidental loss or destruction and unauthorized access or disclosure. Information submitted through registration forms or online purchase flows is encrypted in transit using TLS.

Cadence uses security controls appropriate to the nature of the information concerned, including protected network boundaries, digital certificates, and encryption for data at rest where appropriate. We continually evaluate our security posture as part of operating a compliance-aligned platform.

09

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, generally for the duration of your relationship with Cadence or your institution’s use of the Platform. We dispose of PII upon the end of that relationship or system use, subject to applicable requirements.

In some circumstances, we may retain information for longer to meet contractual, legal, regulatory, tax, complaint-handling, or potential-litigation requirements.

10

Compliance and Infrastructure

Cadence is designed to support a secure, FERPA-aligned environment using Amazon Web Services GovCloud and the AWS shared-responsibility model. Safeguards may include cross-service and service-specific security controls, authentication and authorization, private subnets, encrypted storage, dedicated connection options, forward secrecy, and security logging.

Where applicable, Future Force maintains data security in accordance with federal and Department of Defense contracting requirements, including relevant DFARS provisions, security controls based on NIST Special Publication 800-171, FedRAMP processes, Department of Defense security requirements, and the Federal Information Security Management Act.

Where necessary to meet data-security requirements, Future Force may publish applicable System of Records Notices. Credit card numbers are not permanently stored on Cadence servers.
